I am a life-long technical communicator, a Senior Member of the Society for Technical Communication, a former president of the Boston Chapter, a long-time member of the Quality and Management SIGs, and now an STC Director at Large.

The smart thing to do would be to erase these pages so there'll be no record of my campaign promises to live up to, but... For now, at least, I will leave them up. I said I wanted to accomplish three things; let's see how it goes:

1. Increase the visibility of STC to employers. Update: I am overseeing the Corporate Value Program

2. Increase the value of STC to members. Update: I am overseeing the Organization Partnerships committee

3. Increase the "market share" of STC among practitioners worldwide. Update: I am overseeing the Membership Growth committee
